High-quality polyurea applicator VP-S03-X

The VP-S03-X pistol is light, although of robust construction, very manageable and comfortable for the operator and with great ease for assembly and disassembly. With the VP-S03-X, all your spraying needs will be taken care of, as a simple nozzle change on the pistol will suffice.

The pistol handle is designed and manufactured to provide maximum ergonomics for the operator during spraying tasks. The internal design of the pistol allows you to stop and restart the spray as many times as necessary, without the risk of misadjusting it.

It’s equipped with check valves that prevent the crossing of isocyanate and polyol. In addition, the most important internal seals of the pistol allows easy checking without disassembly. The collision of the two products inside the chamber without air at high pressure greatly improves mixing and ensures greater performance of the equipment.

What's Polyurea?

Polyureas are a family of synthetic polymers that are obtained from the reaction of a disocyanate with an amine, it is a condensation polymerization reaction similar to that of polyurethane, except that in this case the bond formed corresponds to the urea bond, for this reason it is called polyurea.
